SHIPPING POLICY
At M.E. Boutique, we value each and every single customer. Our top priority is making sure the items get delivered to our customer as soon as possible. Normally you will receive your order in 7-21 business days from the date that it is placed.
*PLEASE NOTE* Many clothing items are shipped directly from our suppliers
Where we ship from?
We ship from from our warehouses throughout the United States as well as some from overseas.
Where we ship:
M.E. Boutique, LLC is currently only offering shipping within the United States. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
Shipping costs:
- USA: Shipping is a Flat Rate of $6.95.
Free shipping:
All US orders that total $150 or more will receive FREE shipping.
How long is shipping?
Items are usually shipped within 2-5 days. Keep in mind, that delays can be due to extenuating circumstances beyond our control, i.e. weather, oversea vendor’s holiday. The best way to stay in the loop is to join our 'M.E. Boutique VIP' FB group. You can always email us at info@meboutiquellc.com.
Did you not receive your item(s)?
We do ask that you have your order delivered to a secure location. If it is marked "delivered" please contact your local postal inspector ASAP so they can do a GEO tracker on your package and you should speak directly to your postal carrier. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages - in those cases, you should file a claim with your local post office. We will assist any way we can but unfortunately once it leaves our hands, it is out of our control.

- All Orders Placed require a two business day processing time. Please note that holidays & weekends are not included.

SHIPPING DELAYS

Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.
All orders will be provided a fulfillment and tracking email. Shipment is not done until you receive a tracking number

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Failure to enter the correct shipping address will result in your order being canceled and refunded. M.E. Boutique, LLC will not make any changes to your address.
RETURNED PACKAGES
If a package is returned to us, you will be issued a refund MINUS the shipping cost.
